Sprint has been on the MSN Money 'Customer Service Hall of Shame' for 4 years now, when Net 10 has gotten the JD Power Award for the best no-contract experience. I have been using Net 10 for a long time now, and I am so happy. It is so hassle free, and I am saving so much money with their amazing rates.
